60th annual Under the Oaks art show, sale set to start Friday
Wrangling a festival the size of Under the Oaks in Vero Beach next weekend is no small matter. It takes more than a village; it takes lots of committees and at least a year worth of planning. Even the artists participating in the three-day art show and sale join in.
